Pumpkin Pie Fudge and Christmas Cards:)

♥ The inside is left blank so you can add your own personal message to these special cards for the holidays.

★~Pumpkin Pie Fudge~★

Ok I know this is so not helping my diet but I have to share:)

1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/2 c. mashed pumpkin (canned), 2 tbsp. butter, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1 (12 oz.) pkg vanilla-flavored baking chips, 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/3 c. chopped nuts (optional), 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Line 8″ square pan with aluminum foil ♥ grease foil ♥ lightly grease saucepan with butter♥ Combine sugar, milk pumpkin, butter, salt and pumpkin pie spice in saucepan. ♥ Stirring constantly over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil ♥  boil for 12 minutes ♥ Remove from heat and stirr in baking chips and marshmallows  until  completely melted ♥  Add nuts and vanilla ♥ Pour into prepared pan ♥ Chill until set ♥ Cut into small squares to serve ♥ Cover and store in the refrigerator:)

    This fudge sounds delicious. I have some leftover pumpkin in the fridge right now. I think I’m going to have to try this tonight. Thanks for sharing!
