It’s all about the Bag!!!

This is the view of the one on the inside and you can see the large pockets!!! I am going to add on a sunglass pocket as well on the ones I am about to make:)
This is what I have been sewing!!! I had orders for these that I had to fill and it was interesting working on them…my friend Christie had made a few for me for Christmas bc I was too swamped with badge reels and pucker pups!!! So these were fun to do…they are so much fun to wear too!!! There is so much space in them and I love to deep pockets!!!
These two bags were made from zebra minky and black corduroy. So soft and yet strong!!! These bags will hold a lot’s of stuff!!!
I’m going to be making more…I have some snow leopard minky and pink camo just to name a few…
I am also going to be using some of my MM deer fabric to make some of these beauties!!!!
These are going for $45 custom, not bad for an well crafted handmade bag I have to say…in fact a steel!!!
I can monogram and embroider them for you as well!!!
So let me know if you want to pace an order!!!!
~Hugs~
Cozzy Gloves and Jingle Pups!!!
So this is what I knitted up for my best friend Crystal to keep her warm and cozy in upstate NY…they were a true joy to knit!!!

Fingerless Gloves

I will also have these up on my Art Buy Us and Etsy sites in time for Valentines Day!!!! They will be priced at $25-$30 range and are all washable. I will add decorative details such as beads and hearts!!!! SO be on the lookout or contact me with any custom orders!!!!

I Made these cute little guys for Christmas and everyone really enjoyed being "Santa's Helpers"....by the end of Santa's Workshop we had quite a large litter!!!
If any of you non New Mexico residents didn’t get in on this litter (I had such limited time and quantity to go around that I did not get a chance to post till now) …don’t fret, just let me know and I can hook you up with the few that I had still un-stuffed from the ones we were not able to finish…whew!!! Everyone was so shocked at how unique each one turned out!!!
Because it was Christmas and the bum economy I let these pups go at $15….yikes, I know but it was such a good deal that they all were able to find homes for the new year!!! I have the few left to adopt out and ready to ring in this years countdown to Christmas!!! Just email me me with your requests!!!
Ok well I must go for now but will have the latest on my winter travels and upcoming events!!! I would love to hear back from you all!!!

He has a great website that I am sure my brother frequents often with his hunter buddies!!!
All of my house and out of town guests are gone and for a few days while my DH was out of town on Business it was just me and the girls..So my friend Mich came over and we went to scout out Herndons down town district for this weekends paint out competition!!! We have a lovely little lunch and took a few more photos before heading home. Later that evening she came back by to pick me up for a watercolor class she was teaching and talked me into taking part in. So here are the results….

Let me know what you all think? This was done with both a wet on wet techniuque as well as a dry on wet….very interesting!!!!

We were at Bailie’s Elementary again this year..we were once again asked back to work this year with a kindergarten class. Mazzy would have been starting school this year…so it was very special that we had the chance to work with this grade.

Always an extremely awarding experience!!!

Still Recovering
Still Recovering from this past week and weekend!!! Had fun…as seen in the “BEFORE” pic…..

then here is my most current state….the “AFTER”…..LOL!!!!

Oh yes it was fun….but took a bit of a toll….it all started with a paint out date on Thursday with my good friend Rob…..

Then lunch with his wife Gina where I got asked to help out at a flower shop for the weekend due to a malfunctioning refrigerator truck…long story…. but needless to say I said yes….
Then it was off to the Wedding Dress Bead A Thon…Thrusday night/Friday morning…yup an all nighter…..but I wanted it to be perfect…so I did what needed to be done….pictures to come soon….10 AM my client came by to wisk me and the dress off for a fitting ….again pictures to follow…..then she took me to a long luch where we awaited my hubby to join for coffee and sopapillias….yummmm…..
I then went home to crash and get the sleep I so desperatly needed before embarking on the night shift at the flower shop….somewhere in the midst of my delirious dreaming I somehow got the catchy tune “Working at the Carwash” stuck in my head but instead of car wash the words flower shop were substituted….yes….welcome to my world……
Anywhoo….I got up in time to pack up a bag as my ride came and off I went…..

I helped out till the wee hours of Sunday….and then I think the weight of the actual day being that of “Mothers Day” a bittersweet day for us, the rain and an oncoming migraine from what my doc says to be a cocktail of exhaustion and circumstance…..so alas that was the parting of me and the flower shop for now….
They are going to give me an arangment of my favorite flowers next time Gina or I get down that way…..SUNFLOWERS!!!!!! As many of you allready know they are my favorites!!! And I am planning on panting the heck out of them….love them as subjects for still lifes…..
Cheers!!!
